Eladan Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. We created Pure MMA: Manager to be a premium, immersive management simulation, not a data-mining tool.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you play Pure MMA: Manager on iOS. The short version is: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
1. Data Collection and Usage
Pure MMA: Manager is a single-player, offline experience. Because of this, our data practices are incredibly strict:
- Game Save Data: All of your progress, rosters, and agency history are saved locally on your device’s internal storage (or synced via your personal Apple iCloud account, if you have that enabled). We do not have access to your save files.
- Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to play the game. We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or any other personal identifiers.
- Analytics and Crash Reports: We do not use third-party tracking SDKs (Software Development Kits) to monitor how you play. If the game crashes, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash logs through App Store Connect, but only if you have explicitly opted in to share analytics with developers in your iOS device settings. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to fix bugs.
2. Third-Party Services and Tracking
- No Advertisements: Pure MMA: Manager is a premium game. There are no third-party ad networks embedded in the app, meaning your activity is not being tracked for targeted advertising.
- No Microtransactions: There are no in-app purchases, meaning we do not process or have access to any of your financial or payment information. All initial purchase transactions are handled securely by Apple.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Because we do not collect your personal data, we have nothing to share, sell, or disclose to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
4. Children’s Privacy
Pure MMA: Manager does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information (which is technically impossible through the game itself), please contact us, and we will take immediate steps to address the situation.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes—such as introducing online leaderboards or cloud-based features that alter how data is handled—we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and notify players within the app update notes.
