Welcome to Quadrathlon (“the App”), developed and operated by Eladan Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We believe that your privacy is a fundamental right, not a privilege. This Privacy Policy explains clearly and simply how we handle your information.

The short version: We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data. The App is designed to be played offline, and your game progress lives entirely on your device.

1. Data Collection

Personal Data

We do not collect any personal information from you.

We do not ask for your email address.
We do not ask for your phone number.
We do not ask for your location.
We do not require you to create an account to play.

Usage Data

We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your behavior within the App.

2. Data Storage

Local Storage

All game data, including your:

High Scores
“Ghost” / Pacemaker logs
Game progress
Settings

…is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure UserDefaults and file system.

iCloud

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your game data may be backed up to Apple’s iCloud servers as part of your standard device backup. This data is managed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not have access to these backups.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, social media plugins, or tracking services.

Apple App Store

When you download or purchase the App, Apple processes your transaction. We do not see your credit card information or billing address. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated data (e.g., “10 downloads from the UK”), but this cannot be used to identify you personally.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or any other age). Because we do not collect any data, we are compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes (for example, if we add a feature that requires online connectivity), we will notify you through an update to the App and by revising the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
